Must be on site Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in office
Compensation: $40.00 - 44.00 per our, W2, depending on skill and experience level.

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, system specifications, and workflows. Responsibilities:
- Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements from stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, Channel Owners, Business Units)
- Translate requirements into technical specifications, user stories
- Create and maintain requirements traceability matrices and acceptance criteria
- Produce and execute system, integration, and user acceptance test plans and test cases; coordinate testing and defect triage
- Support risk and security teams by producing evidence and documentation required for Authorizations to Operate, including control mappings, test results, and runbooks
- Maintain knowledge-base and operational documentation
- Facilitate demos and stakeholder communications
- Support release activities, post-deployment validations
- Open and track vendor support tickets for issues and follow-ups
