Responsibilities:
- Leads execution for a complex technical project
- Oversees and leads a team of lead developers and senior developers
- Responsible for the overall monitoring and coordination of all the coding activities on the project
- Develops prototypes and evaluates alternate technical alternatives. Structures the technical work for a medium to high complexity project
- Establishes and communicates technical goals and direction for team
- Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff
- Knowledge of credit card testing and credit risk integrations
- Ability to automate credit risk test scripts and merge with existing test plans
- Ability to create re-usable processes to reduce time to market
- Expert knowledge of IT architecture principles and collaborates with the architecture team in the design of systems and application programs
- Possesses deep understanding of SDLC and application architecture concepts
