Required Qualifications:
- Experience in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and LinkedIn recruiting
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Strategic Sourcing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement activities
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
- Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications based on job requirements
- Track candidate interactions and sourcing activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Experience supporting enterprise or professional services recruiting
