Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a hybrid role based in Winchester, VA or Pensacola, FL.
This is a 12-month contract position where you''ll engage in full cycle recruiting for entry-level and high-volume positions.
Utilize your HR and recruiting experience to support multiple teams and leverage generic technology tools for candidate screening and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct full cycle recruiting for entry-level and high-volume positions using various recruitment methods.
Develop recruitment strategies to support business leaders in their hiring needs.
Maintain communication with team leaders and senior peers on workflow and recruitment processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and guidelines.
Facilitate a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting.
Knowledge of effective screening and interview techniques.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Bachelor''s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
