Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Systems Software Programmer - Project Lead to join our team for the SLED Law Enforcement Switch Project. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in software development and project management, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions. This role is primarily remote with potential quarterly travel for project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior programmers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with security and quality standards throughout the development process.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Strong understanding of database management and SQL.
