This role is primarily remote with potential quarterly travel for project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior programmers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
