- Please note that this is contingent upon contract award, with an anticipated decision expected by fall 2025**
- Design, implement, and maintain the integration of various hardware, software, and network systems to create functional solutions.
- Serve as primary focal point for resource planning and execution tasks and coordinate, manage, and track all incoming actions and requirements.
- Communicate with stakeholders on service requests, troubleshooting, and general questions.
- Schedule and manage briefings and engagements with community partners.
- Monitor the execution of funds and assist with the creation of spend plans and financial reporting.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Bachelors and 16 years of experience or an additional 4 years in lieu of degree.
- Proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities as well as anticipate requirements and potential issues.
- Prior experience with and knowledge of IC applications, systems, tools, and protocols.
- Experience communicating requirements, project status updates, and deliverables between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration skills to support relationships with stakeholders to elicit technical requirements and leverage partnerships.
- Proficiency in programming languages and database management.
- Experience with DevOps methodologies and processes.
