• The technical lead will have experience analysing new and current technologies used within an organization with the ability to document and recommend solutions to improve on performance, stability, and cost savings to the agency (7 years).

• Expert level system administration skills for Microsoft Windows servers (10 years)

Project details: The individual will work closely with Information Technology professionals to ensure technical components are available for projects and working properly. They will work closely with the supervisor and project teams to successfully monitor the progress of initiatives, provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions, and define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution. They will have the ability to direct a small team in completing tasks, improving on operational support or maintenance, and document processes as needed.
