We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016 and 2019.
Provide support for Windows 10 systems, addressing technical issues and implementing updates.
Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Dell technologies.
Administer Citrix environments, optimizing settings and resolving user issues.
Oversee 365 Enterprise operations, including user management and application deployment.
Implement and maintain system backups and disaster recovery solutions.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
Develop and document processes for system administration and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security protocols.
Requirements
Proven experience with Active Directory management and configuration.
Strong expertise in Windows Server 2016 and 2019.
Proficiency in Windows 10 support and administration.
Familiarity with Dell Technologies hardware and related configurations.
Hands-on experience with Citrix Technologies administration.
Solid understanding of 365 Enterprise tools and functionality.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues effectively.
Excellent communication and documentation skills for technical processes.
