What You Will Do
- Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails to help customers process payments and resolve questions.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on payment processing as needed.
- Support onboarding for new customers and ensure a smooth setup experience.
- Assist with customer retention by providing friendly, helpful service.
- Work within internal systems, including Salesforce, to document and track interactions.
- Complete repetitive but important daily tasks with consistency and accuracy.
- Strong reliability and commitment to showing up and following through.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Tech savvy enough to navigate a computer and learn new systems.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining a steady workflow.
- Positive attitude and genuine interest in helping others.
- No prior call center or phone support experience required; training is provided.
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to enter and track information accurately.
- Quick learner who can adapt to internal systems and tools.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor s degree preferred.
