Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and operationalization of systems and tools that support central programs and strategies for the Supply Business.
- Communicate effectively on program progress and roadmaps to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Operations and Field teams to define essential support systems and processes for business growth.
- Manage technical implementations and considerations to support sales strategies.
- Prioritize team requests and requirements to align with company goals and objectives.
- Provide visibility into project roadmaps and escalate issues as necessary.
- Partner with relevant teams to manage data, insights, and reporting from systems and tools.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales enablement or operations roles, demonstrating success in managing complex projects.
- Strong strategic and critical-thinking abilities to connect ideas and propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and GSuite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset with a track record of effective cross-functional partnership.
- Familiarity with systems like Gong and MixMax, as well as go-to-market technologies.
- Experience working across the customer lifecycle, including pre-sales, sales, and customer success teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build relationships across a complex organization.
