- Lead and manage supply chain programs across planning, inventory, and fulfillment functions
- Drive business transformation initiatives with a focus on process optimization and automation
- Implement and deploy supply chain solutions (custom or off-the-shelf tools)
- Identify program risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively develop mitigation plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure successful delivery
- Establish and maintain structured communication plans for program updates and reporting
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Operations / Program Management / Transformation
- Hands-on experience with supply chain tools such as:
- Oracle
- o9 Solutions
- Kinaxis
- Agile PLM (or similar platforms)
- Experience managing programs across:
- Demand & Supply Planning
- Inventory Management
- Order Management / Fulfillment
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with automation and tooling across multiple tech stacks
- Exposure to enterprise-scale supply chain transformations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
