In this role you will drive Supply Chain IT projects end-to-end while providing Supply Chain Analytics to management for key decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Supply Chain IT projects within the Procurement Organization, along with providing Supply Chain Analytics to management for key decision-making.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans for progress tracking; constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Establish and manage relationships with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Act as liaison with data engineers, ML engineers, and PM stakeholders on projects; escalate to management for critical project issues if needed.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in an ambiguous, dynamic environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to operate with complex and detailed subject matter.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to go deep on subjects when required.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential material with discretion.
- Hands-on experience leveraging GenAI tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, AI agents) to drive product innovation, automation, or decision intelligence.
- Strong business analysis skills — ability to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables.
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations within a technology or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Bachelor''''s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
