We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Finance (SCF) SME – Onsite Test Lead with strong Trade Finance and Banking domain expertise. The role requires hands-on ownership of functional testing, client interaction, and test leadership across SCF platforms in an Agile environment. The candidate will act as the primary domain anchor between business stakeholders, onsite/offshore teams, and delivery leadership.

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Finance (SCF) SME – Onsite Test Lead with strong Trade Finance and Banking domain expertise. The role requires hands-on ownership of functional testing, client interaction, and test leadership across SCF platforms in an Agile environment. The candidate will act as the primary domain anchor between business stakeholders, onsite/offshore teams, and delivery leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Onsite SCF & Trade Finance SME covering Buyer‑Led and Supplier‑Led SCF, Reverse Factoring, Dynamic Discounting, and Early Payments.
- Lead functional testing across SCF, Trade Finance, and Commercial Lending applications.
- Own end‑to‑end test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management for SCF initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into high‑quality test scenarios and coverage across invoice lifecycle (approval, booking, settlement, payment).
- Act as primary point of contact for client discussions, clarifications, and governance.
- Guide and support offshore teams on domain queries and testing approach.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint‑level test deliverable ownership.
- Identify risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities in SCF workflows and controls.
- Strong domain expertise in Supply Chain Finance and Trade Finance.
- Hands‑on experience with Functional Testing in banking applications.
- Exposure to SCF products such as Vendor Finance, Dealer Finance, Invoice Discounting, Payables & Receivables Financing.
- Experience with SCF file constructs such as SAF, DIF, Booking, Booking Acknowledgement, and Invoice Paid files.
- Prior experience with Prime Revenue, SAP Working Capital Management, or Premium Technology (FinShare) is highly preferred.
- Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Agile delivery, JIRA, and test management tools.
- Ability to operate independently in an onsite lead role.
