We are hiring for a Student Mentor / Development Trainer

Location: Austin TX

Duration: Long-Term Engagement

Experience: 10 Years

Overview:

Seeking a Student Mentor/Development Trainer to guide 8 10 ASU students in development, testing, and hands-on learning as part of the RSOC educational mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead student engagement and training plans
  • Provide hands-on coaching in dashboard development, cloud tech, and SOC operations
  • Coordinate remote/on-site collaboration
  • Ensure students gain real project experience
  • Manage GitHub/Azure DevOps access and role-based permissions

Preferred (Not Required):

  • UX/UI Designer skills
  • QA & Testing leadership experience

Must Have:

  • 10 yrs in technical training, mentorship, or development leadership
  • Strong experience with cloud, DevOps, and modern development practices
