We are hiring for a Student Mentor / Development Trainer

Duration: Long-Term Engagement
Experience: 10 Years
Overview:
Seeking a Student Mentor/Development Trainer to guide 8 10 ASU students in development, testing, and hands-on learning as part of the RSOC educational mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead student engagement and training plans
- Provide hands-on coaching in dashboard development, cloud tech, and SOC operations
- Coordinate remote/on-site collaboration
- Ensure students gain real project experience
- Manage GitHub/Azure DevOps access and role-based permissions
Preferred (Not Required):
- UX/UI Designer skills
- QA & Testing leadership experience
Must Have:
- 10 yrs in technical training, mentorship, or development leadership
- Strong experience with cloud, DevOps, and modern development practices
