What You’ll Do
- Champion the mentorship, professional growth, and daily operations of a skilled team of structural engineers and design specialists.
- Architect comprehensive design strategies and technical analyses for complex bridge systems, overpasses, and diverse public infrastructure assets.
- Drive the entire lifecycle of municipal and state-level transit projects, from initial scoping and environmental permitting through final execution.
- Oversee rigorous field evaluations and structural safety inspections for regional transportation assets.
- Synthesize compelling, highly competitive project bids and technical proposals to capture new business opportunities.
- Direct comprehensive construction administration, including multi-party coordination, regulatory alignment, and rigorous fiscal oversight.
- Maximize departmental financial performance by strictly monitoring project utilization, profit margins, and budgetary constraints.
