Job Overview:
- Responsible for leading the design, architecture, and delivery of STIBO STEP MDM solutions.
- Ensures high-quality implementation aligned with best practices while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient data management solutions.
- Strong experience with STIBO STEP MDM/PIM implementation.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in MDM solutions with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Hands-on expertise in configuration, integration, and deployment of STIBO STEP.
- Strong understanding of product, supplier, and customer data models.
- Customer-facing experience with strong technical and leadership capabilities.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of STIBO STEP MDM solutions using best practices.
- Conduct requirements gathering and high-level design workshops.
- Design and architect scalable and high-quality MDM solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts to define future-state business processes.
- Define data governance strategies, policies, and processes.
- Prepare detailed design documentation, including data migration strategies.
- Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules.
- Configure, build, and unit test STEP components including data structures, roles, and workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate across teams.
- Extensive experience in MDM architecture and implementation.
