Job Description/ Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
- Deploy, manage, scale, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads
- Support Linux-based infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments
- Collaborate with Development and SRE teams for build, release, deployment, and operational activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, and infrastructure services
- Implement and promote DevOps best practices, security standards, and system performance optimization
- Develop automation workflows, operational tooling, and infrastructure orchestration solutions
- Support monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability platforms for proactive operations management
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain clear technical documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks
- 10 years of overall IT experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster deployment, management, scaling, and troubleshooting
- Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and automation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
- Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting experience
- Experience supporting on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-based infrastructure environments
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with infrastructure automation, scripting, and orchestration tools
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability platforms
- Experience with incident management, RCA, and production support activities
- Strong understanding of DevOps best practices, system reliability, and security standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
