Job Title: Sr WorkForce Software (WFS) Consultant
Location: Onsite in Dearborn, MI – minimum 4 days per week

Job Description:
Direct experience with WorkForce Software (WFS)
Experience with cloud-based data tools (Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, etc.).
Background in automotive or high-volume industrial environments.
Other Key Responsibilities:
System Configuration: Assist with technical build and "under-the-hood" configuration of Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules.
Data & Integration Engineering: Design and maintain ETL pipelines and API integrations (REST/SOAP) to ensure seamless data flow between the WFM platform and Ford’s internal ecosystem. Rule Engine Development:
Translate complex union contracts, labor laws, and manufacturing work rules into precise system logic and automated calculations.
Platform Governance: Manage system health, security roles, and environment stability. Lead the technical validation of software patches and version upgrades.
Advanced Analytics: Use SQL and data modeling to build complex reports, identifying trends in labor costs, compliance risks, and operational efficiency.
