Location: Jersey City, NJ.( Hybrid Onsite 2 days per week (Local to NJ preferred))

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented ETL QA Tester with 7 years of experience to validate the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of data across ETL and data transformation processes. This position requires strong SQL skills and the flexibility to collaborate across global teams, including participation during U.S. Eastern working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute ETL test cases for validating data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Write and run complex SQL queries for backend testing and data validation.
• Identify, report, and track defects in a systematic manner.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with teams across time zones.
• Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure full test coverage.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong SQL expertise ability to write and optimize complex queries.
• ETL Testing experience understanding of data pipelines, data integrity, and transformation processes.
• Experience with Data Warehouses and Data Lakes.
• Hands-on with tools/platforms such as Oracle, Denodo, Azure Databricks, and SQL Server.
• Basic knowledge of Python and Pandas is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and defect tracking tools like JIRA.
