Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Sr. Project Engineer, you will:
- Oversee all stages of project life cycles, from initial planning to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Implement industry best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to the project team.
- Resolve any project-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the project team.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on Commercial TI projects.
- Proven experience in managing office, retail, restaurant, educational, and high-end commercial projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
