What You'll Do as a Project Engineer:
- Prepare site design plans for commercial land development projects under the direction of a Project Manager
- Develop grading plans, drainage calculations, and utility infrastructure designs
- Coordinate water, sewer, storm drainage, dry utilities, and related improvements
- Review zoning ordinances, development regulations, and agency requirements to identify site development constraints
- Conduct due diligence activities, including utility research, regulatory reviews, and site investigations
- Prepare conceptual site plans and development layouts based on project objectives
- Develop erosion and sediment control plans and supporting calculations
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and municipalities to ensure successful project execution
- Mentor junior engineers on project responsibilities and contribute to team success
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 4 years of land development experience
- Proficiency with AutoCad Civil 3D
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required
- Experience with grading, drainage, and utility design for commercial projects
- Working knowledge of relevant regulations and codes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
