Job Description:
Education & Qualifying Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in a related field preferred
- 5-8 years of relevant experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience leading customer implementation projects or defined project workstreams
- Experience implementing complex solutions, including PANDAC, in customer environments
- Ability to lead customer-facing discussions with clinical, operational, and leadership stakeholders
- Strong project ownership, follow-up, and accountability skills
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver effective product, workflow, and process presentations
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple initiatives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated sound business judgment and professional decision-making
- Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer and internal partner needs
