Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer. This role focuses on designing and implementing IAM programs, building automations and controls for identity lifecycle management, and coordinating platform migrations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to support IAM initiatives and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing IAM programs from strategy through production.
Technical Skills: Practical experience with Okta, including Workflows, directory configuration, and MFA policy is required. Must be comfortable working across platforms including GitLab, Atlassian, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
Preferred Qualifications
The anticipated pay range for this position is $70.00/hr to $75.00/hr. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

- Understand identity lifecycle management end to end, including how access is requested, approved, provisioned, governed, and revoked.
- Think through the downstream consequences of identity changes before implementation.
- Communicate clearly, surface issues early, and drive decisions without creating friction.
- Fully document strategy and detailed requirements.
