TEKsystems is seeking a strong data scientist to help one of our clients based in Dallas. Healthcare and having worked along side marketing teams is needed for this role. It is a contract to hire opportunity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources
Using machine learning tools to select features, create and optimize classifiers
Carrying out preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
Enhancing data collection procedures to include all relevant information for developing analytic systems
Processing, cleansing, and validating the integrity of data to be used for analysis
Analyzing large amounts of information to find patterns and solutions
Developing prediction systems and machine learning algorithms
Presenting results in a clear manner
Propose solutions and strategies to tackle business challenges
Collaborate with Business and IT teams
Builds actionable data visualizations that identify areas of opportunity and help drive Excellence at scale.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with several stakeholders across multiple organizations
Ability to facilitate conversations with Business Owners and Stakeholders to understand the problem, rapidly iterate proposed solutions, and clearly present new findings/ solutions.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $85.00/hr.
