Responsibilities
- Design and develop data systems and data lakes, including standing up new data environments
- Work with database languages and data modeling to support scalable architecture
- Deliver solutions for single-tenant data opportunities and enterprise-level projects
- Collaborate on data science initiatives, integrating ML/analytics pipelines where needed
- Manage and optimize off-premises data lake solutions in AWS/Azure
- Work with Databricks for big data and advanced analytics use cases
- 6 7 years of experience in data engineering / data science engineering
- Strong expertise in SQL, Java, and Python
- Solid hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments
- Background in data science concepts and applications
- Proficiency in data modeling and database technologies
- Experience with Databricks (preferred)
