Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and system requirements; develop functional and technical specifications.
- Research, recommend, and implement technology solutions to meet business objectives.
- Lead and participate in enterprise system configuration, integration, and enhancement projects.
- Serve as the primary interface between business users, software developers, and vendors.
- Develop reports, perform data analysis, and ensure system reliability and integrity.
- Administer enterprise applications and provide advanced user support and training.
- Mentor users and staff and support custom desktop and web application development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business technology analysis or enterprise system configuration/administration.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Trapeze.
- Enterprise application configuration and system administration.
- Business analysis, system integration, and project management.
- Software development and database tools (e.g., .NET, SQL Server, SAP ABAP, T-SQL).
- Business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Reporting Services).
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and resolve complex technical and business issues
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership abilities.
