What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer requests for technical support using approved tools and processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues; document all customer interactions
- Identify potential or recurring problems and escalate to higher-level support when needed
- Complete routine administrative tasks and contribute to process documentation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to provide basic technical guidance and informal training
- Understanding of common technical issues within a business environment
- Proficient with commonly used computer applications and systems
- Preferred: 1 year of technical call center experience
