Overview:
Seeking an experienced Solution Architects (SAs) to support a major enterprise initiative involving global application migrations across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. Each Solution Architect will bring deep architecture and design expertise in at least one specialized domain: Cybersecurity, Identity, Cloud, Development Tools, or Enterprise Infrastructure .
In this high-impact role, you will collaborate directly with cross-functional application teams across GE Aerospace's global footprint to drive secure, compliant, and scalable migration solutions. You will act as a domain SME while ensuring technical integrity, alignment to enterprise architecture standards, and support through the full migration lifecycle.

- Serve as a domain-specific Solution Architect for application migration efforts across cybersecurity, identity, cloud, dev tools, or infrastructure
- Partner with global application owners and teams to guide architecture decisions and resolve technical roadblocks during migrations
- Develop, review, and implement architectural frameworks and reference models tailored to GE Aerospace's regulated environment
- Provide architectural oversight on system integration, data security, performance optimization, and compliance alignment
- Translate technical and business requirements into scalable and supportable solutions
- Collaborate with program leadership to ensure on-time delivery and solution standardization across focus areas
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the architecture team

- Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike
- Qualys WAS (DAST), Cloudflare WAF
- Network Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco)

- 7 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture, including application migrations
- Deep expertise in one or more of the following domains: Cybersecurity, Cloud, Identity, Infrastructure, or Dev Tools
- Proven ability to work in large, complex enterprise environments
- Demonstrated experience leading architectural efforts for application migrations
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences
