This is opportunity is supporting a large system modernization effort, focused on testing and validating a new application replacing legacy systems.
Responsibilities:
- Review test plans, scripts, and related documentation
- Execute functional, regression, conversion, and ad hoc testing
- Document test results and log defects clearly and accurately
- Support requirements validation and confirm system functionality
- Collaborate with project teams, business analysts, and SMEs
- Attend standups, sprint reviews, and testing meetings
- Track progress, issues, and testing activities
- 2 years of software testing experience
- Experience testing components of large or enterprise applications
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience with functional, regression, and UAT testing
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Exposure to government orpublic sector environments is a plus
