Role Overview
We are seeking Software Engineers to support the Agentic Content Systems (ACS) organization. This role involves building AI-native tooling, agentic workflows, developer surfaces, and validation infrastructure across three sub-teams: Frontier, Forge, and Foundations. The work includes agentic workflow development, dashboard engineering, rapid prototyping of AI-powered content tools, and developing human-in-the-loop validation systems.
Key Responsibilities
Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field is required.
Experience: Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle is necessary, from business and systems analysis through requirements gathering, development, testing, and delivery.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and development tools such as SQL and VisualBasic is required.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00/hr to $80.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship agentic workflows to replace manual processes.
- Build and maintain tooling dashboards and surfaces that aggregate agentic signals for content pillar leads.
- Conduct high-velocity exploration of AI-native tooling, shipping rapid prototypes.
- Discover, evaluate, and integrate new external and internal AI build tooling into development workflows.
- Build validation harnesses, evaluation pipelines, and supervised-handoff workflows for production agents.
- Extend the Content Pod Manager registry and reporting infrastructure with customizations and reporting surfaces.
- Extend shared knowledge layer capabilities by integrating new data sources.
- Use and create AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
- Partner with pod leads and stakeholders to define requirements and iterate on deliverables.
- Document systems, APIs, and architectural decisions for handoff post-delivery.
