Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
- Managing project budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, and resource planning.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for project-related issues.
- Coordinating MEP systems and ensuring that they align with project specifications and standards.
- Conducting construction reviews and technical design execution to ensure quality and compliance.
- Delivering executive level reporting including financial forecasts and project performance updates.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Identifying potential project risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensuring project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Leading and mentoring project team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing project budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, and resource planning.
- Extensive knowledge of MEP systems coordination and construction reviews.
- Proficiency in technical design execution and project performance updates.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an added advantage.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
