Position: Software Engineer - Full Stack (Mobile-First, Backend-Focused)
Location: Remote
Salary: up to $160,000 base annual salary bonus excellent benefits

We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who's passionate about backend architecture, mobile innovation, and building scalable systems that power intuitive user experiences. You'll be part of a small, agile team driving product discovery, development, and delivery.
What You'll Do
Design and build backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop mobile apps with Flutter and web interfaces with React.js.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to turn ideas into reality.
Own features end-to-end-from concept to deployment.
Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability across the stack.
What You Bring
3 years of experience in full-stack or product engineering roles.
Strong backend development skills (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs).
Hands-on experience with Flutter and React.js.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Agile mindset and experience in startup or product-led environments.
Curiosity, creativity, and a bias toward action.
