Responsibilities:
- Participate in 3-4 months of paid, immersive training to build technical skills needed from the ground up
- Receive mentorship and instruction from Senior Engineers in a hands-on environment
- Complete two years of client project experience as a Dev10 consultant after training
- Willingness to relocate anywhere in the continental United States
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 6 months of programming experience from academic coursework, hands-on projects, or professional work in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C, C#, C , JavaScript, R, SQL, MATLAB, Mathematica, TypeScript, Shell scripting, Go, or Kotlin
- A recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline) OR 12 months of professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, or aviation
- Passion for learning and interest in Software Development
- Strong logic and reasoning skills
- Clear communication and collaboration abilities
- Team-oriented mindset
