A client with Kforce is seeking a Social Content & Creative Manager to join their team in San Diego, CA. This client is looking for a Social Content & Creative Manager to support its Consumer Group Corporate Communications team and the TurboTax brand's social media platforms.
Summary:
We are seeking a junior-to-mid level Social Content & Comms Associate to support creative, strategic, and operational needs for our various comms programs. This role blends hands-on content creation, content strategy, and light project management to help scale high-quality, on-brand social content across expert-led channels. The ideal candidate is comfortable creating social content end-to-end, identifying smart ways to repurpose existing assets, and managing editorial workflows that ensure consistent, timely execution.

Responsibilities:
- Concept, create, and publish short form content, blog content, graphics, static imagery, including on-camera appearances, voiceovers, and reactive formats aligned to brand tone and cultural moments
- Develop and execute content strategies and editorial calendars, balancing planned campaigns with real-time and trend-driven opportunities
- Actively identify and capitalize on real-time engagement opportunities, inserting the brand voice into relevant conversations in a timely, authentic, and value-adding way
- Write compelling, platform-specific copy that reflects a strong brand voice, sharp wit, and deep understanding of social nuance
- Evaluate content performance and engagement trends to inform future planning and optimization
- Facilitate asset handoff and workflow management, ensuring content is delivered clearly, accurately, and on time
- Help define, document, and improve processes and workflows that support a smooth, scalable program
- Continuously monitor social platforms, comments, and cultural discourse to identify emerging trends, audience behaviors, and conversation patterns that create opportunities for the brand
- 3-4 years of experience in social content creation, digital marketing, or agency roles
- Proven experience as a social media manager and/or content creator, with a strong portfolio of original, platform-native work
- High proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.), or equivalent creative tools
- Experience with social media management tools for listening and engagement (Hearsay, Sprout, Sprinklr, SiftAi)
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera and directing self-shot or lo-fi content
- Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone, humor, and messaging across platforms and formats
- Experience working within editorial calendars while remaining agile enough to respond to real-time moments
- Ability to balance creative execution with strategic thinking and coordination
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deliverables and timelines
