ROLE PURPOSE:

Own organic demand generation through social media, influencer partnerships, community management, and content publishing. This role amplifies SKU campaigns across social channels, manages creator relationships, and produces content that drives traffic, search lift, audience growth, and email capture.

This role also owns the production of blog content and email campaigns that support marketing initiatives and extend the life of campaign content.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social Media & Community Management

• Manage daily activity across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and community interactions.
• Reshare tagged content and maintain active engagement with the community.
• Monitor community sentiment and surface feedback or trends to the marketing team.

Social Amplification & Campaign Support

• Execute the social amplification plan tied to the SKU campaign calendar.
• Support marketing campaigns by distributing content across social platforms.
• Drive demand signals that correlate with SKU performance including:
• traffic
• search lift
• retargeting audience growth
• email capture support

Influencer, Ambassador & UGC Programs

• Manage influencer, ambassador, and affiliate relationships.
• Source new creators and develop collaboration hypotheses.
• Coordinate campaign briefs and creator deliverables.
• Track influencer performance and report results.
• Coordinate influencer content scheduling and reposting.
• Manage ambassador challenges and product seeding.

Content Production

• Film, edit, and publish short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Repurpose content across platforms including YouTube Shorts.
• Write captions and coordinate posting according to the marketing calendar.
• Maintain the social content calendar across platforms.

Email & Blog Content

• Produce D2C and B2B marketing emails tied to campaigns and SKU pushes.
• Write and publish blog posts that support marketing campaigns.
• Repurpose campaign content into blog and email formats.
• Support email list growth through social traffic and campaigns.

PR Boxes & Creator Seeding

• Lead development of influencer and PR boxes tied to quarterly campaigns.
• Identify creators to receive PR kits and coordinate distribution.
• Track shipments and monitor resulting content posts.

Content Capture & Event Coverage

• Attend trade shows, events, and marketing activations to capture social content, document campaigns, and support influencer and community engagement. 
• Travel required for select marketing events and industry trade shows.

SUCCESS METRICS:

• Growth in social audience reach and engagement.
• Traffic generated from social channels.
• Growth of retargeting audiences and email capture from social campaigns.
• Influencer and creator content output tied to marketing initiatives.
• Consistent execution of campaign amplification across social platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years of experience managing social media or digital content for a brand.
• Strong video editing and short-form content production skills.
• Experience working with influencers, creators, or ambassador programs.
• Strong writing skills for captions, blog content, and marketing emails.
• Organized and able to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
