The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) function is seeking qualified vendors to provide experienced I/T security personnel to support Tier 1 and Tier 2 operations during U.S. daytime hours. Their task will be to help support the evening hours of our Japanese business’ cybersecurity. Given their global footprint and operational dependencies with Japan, bi-lingual candidates with both English and Japanese language skills as well as cultural fluency are strongly required.
Requirements Criteria:
SOC Analysts
Monitor, triage, and escalate security alerts.
Execute playbooks and document incidents.
Collaborate with global GSOC teams and follow the MUFG GSOC operating model.
Experience In Financial Services Or Regulated Environments Preferred.
Familiarity with NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and GSOC workflows.
Ability to work hybrid in USA (Tempe, or Tampa) offices preferred but willing to discuss other options (including but not limited to Tokyo).
Business Operations Transfer (BOT) models preferred.
Analysts will be required to have both English and Japanese language skills as well as cultural fluency.
