- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor''s degree in business or related field
- Must be eligible for and maintain a SECRET security clearance
- Knowledge of FMFIA, OMB Circular A-123, GAO internal control standards, DoDI 5010.40, and OPNAV Instruction 5200.25
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with spreadsheets/databases and produce senior leader briefings and reports
- Must complete 5 specific RMIC/IRM training courses within 30 days of onboarding
