Responsibilities:
- Assess and optimize the SharePoint Online environment by identifying structural inefficiencies, redundant content, and governance gaps
- Design and implement scalable information architecture, including site hierarchy, navigation, and metadata standards
- Lead migration, consolidation, and retirement of legacy SharePoint sites and content
- Partner with business stakeholders to align workflows and content needs with SharePoint solutions
- Define and maintain SharePoint security and governance models, including permissions, sharing policies, and access controls, in alignment with organizational security and compliance standards
- Design, configure, and administer SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries
- Manage tenant-level settings through the SharePoint Admin Center, including hub sites and feature configurations
- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Purview
- Develop custom solutions using SPFx, Power Platform tools, and JSON formatting as needed. Advise on platform updates, feature rollouts, and change management
- Lead SharePoint projects end to end, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Serve as the primary stakeholder contact, manage timelines and risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and apply appropriate project management methodologies
- Experience administering and architecting SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365
- Strong understanding of SharePoint governance, security, and information architecture
- Hands-on experience with M365 integrations and delivering SharePoint solutions from concept through implementation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- SPFx development experience
- Advanced SharePoint customization knowledge
- Experience with JSON formatting
- Power Platform experience
- Purview knowledge
- Enterprise project management experience
