A Shared Services Advisor provides support and guidance across various shared services functions.
This role is hybrid, based in the Pensacola, FL region, and is offered on a contract basis.
The advisor will optimize operations, resolve inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards using general technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Provide employees with information and guidance over the phone.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding disability claims.
Manage cases submitted by employees, offering complex information and guidance.
Review and update employee separations within a general HR management system.
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and advisors processing disability payments.
Qualifications
Knowledge of shared services models and operational efficiency practices.
Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
Excellent communication and advisory abilities.
Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards.
