Description
We are looking for a skilled SFMC/Email Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Washington, District of Columbia. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email campaign development who can deliver personalized, dynamic marketing content and optimize data-driven strategies. You will play a crucial part in implementing marketing automation solutions and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop responsive email templates and dynamic content blocks using HTML, AMPScript, and modular design principles.
Build audience segmentation queries and manage data extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Execute automated marketing journeys through Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
Conduct thorough QA testing across browsers and devices using tools like Litmus to ensure email functionality and design consistency.
Create and optimize donation forms, landing pages, and engagement tools on platforms such as Engaging Networks.
Monitor and troubleshoot data synchronization between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other integrated platforms to maintain data integrity.
Implement deliverability best practices to maximize inbox placement and monitor email performance metrics.
Manage reusable template libraries to maintain consistency and improve efficiency across campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, digital marketing, and web development, to meet technical and operational requirements.
Perform A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, calls-to-action, design elements, and audience groups to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and AMPScript.
Strong experience in HTML and email design, with knowledge of creating responsive email templates.
Demonstrated ability to manage integrations between Salesforce and other marketing automation platforms.
Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience With Drupal And Adobe Creative Suite Is Preferred.
Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and performance monitoring.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
