Location: San Jose CA or RTP NC

Duration: 6 Months

100% onsite role.

Service Parts Management Specialist (Servigistics)

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience Hands-on experience with Service Parts Management (Servigistics),

Demand & Supply Planning, Oracle Order Management, Inventory Management.

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SPM (Service Parts Management from PTC Inc.) with

domain knowledge in Service Planning

  • At least 5 years of practical experience in Pega, with certification as a Certified System Architect (CSA)
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle, focusing on inventory management and shipping processes.
  • Knowledge of Reverse Logistics (RL) business processes.
  • Knowledge in Inventory Management & Optimization.
  • Familiarity with SQL/PL SQL at an intermediate level.
  • Exposure in Reverse Logistics
  • Strong Analytical & problem Solving skills
  • Go-getter attitude
  • Ability to Capture and Communicate Requirements effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills
