We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Tester with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ATF, IRM/GRC modules, and test automation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, strong QA fundamentals, and experience working in Agile environments to ensure high-quality platform delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and execute manual test cases and automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF and Selenium
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across ServiceNow modules
- Validate workflows, business rules, controls, integrations, and platform changes
- Conduct UI and API testing to ensure end-to-end functionality
- Identify, log, and track defects; work closely with developers and QA teams for resolution
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, execution reports, and defect metrics
- 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF, including IRM/GRC modules
- Strong experience in test automation, UI testing, and API testing
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and workflows
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
