Skills Required:
- ServiceNow HRSD expertise - In-depth knowledge of HR Case and Knowledge Management, Enterprise Onboarding and Lifecycle Events.
- Process Mapping and Documentation - Ability to map HR workflows, create business requirements documentation (BRD), and translate them into user stories/acceptance criteria.
- Technical Proficiency - Understanding of ServiceNow platform data models, tables, and security models.
- Systems Integration - Familiarity with HCM integrations (example, Workday).
- Agile Methodology - Experience with Scrum, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Stakeholder Management - Strong communication skills to facilitate workshops with HR business partners and technical teams.
- Requirements Gathering - Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify process improvements and document functional specs.
- Configuration Design - Design HRSD applications (Configurable Workspace, Service Portal) using platform best practices.
- Testing and Support - Develop test plans, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-implementation support.
- Data Analysis - Analyze HR data for reporting and operational efficiency.
- Reporting and Analytics - Create dashboards and performance analytics to measure HR service delivery, such as SLA metrics
- Platform Administration - Support BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations, including minor enhancements and defect triage.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - HRSD preferred
