Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and upgrade projects. Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and ensure milestones are achieved.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership. Communicate project updates, risks, and manage stakeholder expectations.
ServiceNow Platform Oversight
Coordinate with ServiceNow developers and architects to implement modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, including integrations and configurations.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Agile / Scrum Coordination
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Manage backlog prioritization and support agile delivery practices.
Budget & Resource Management
Track project budgets, manage expenditures, and allocate resources effectively.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project documentation including project plans, risk registers, status reports, and implementation documents.
Domain Experience (Preferred)
Experience managing ServiceNow implementations in Banking or Financial Services environments with understanding of regulatory and security requirements.
Required Skills:
ServiceNow project delivery experience
Experience managing ITSM or enterprise platform implementations
Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Preferred Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
