Senior UX UI Designer

Introduction:

The Senior UX UI Designer will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to market, advocating for user needs while considering business goals and technical constraints. They will contribute to design operations as a team authority and partner with Program Management to enforce design processes.

Responsibilities:

• Use design processes (wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps) to take digital solutions from concept to market (50%)
• Represent voice of customer and advocate for user needs while considering business goals and technical constraints (15%)
• Contribute to design operations as team authority for templates, components, and Source of Truth (35%)
• Partner with Program Management to enforce design processes and educate/upskill team members
  
  

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Expert Figma skills (components, recipes, design systems, Make)
• Up-to-date with latest Figma features
• Low/mid and high-fidelity visuals
• Prototyping
• IA flows and experience flow diagrams
• Excellent communication
• Self-starter
• Knowledge of equipment management or adjacent industry (airlines, mapping apps, Oil & Gas, Fintech, etc.)
• Hybrid eligible (2-3 days/week within 50 miles/1 hour of office)
• No 100% remote candidates

• Experience designing for enterprise applications specifically
• UX ''generalist'' and not necessarily specialist
• A collaborator, someone who is not afraid to jump in and speak up while learning
• Has and can demonstrate excellent Figma file hygiene and technical knowledge
