This role is ideal for someone who can independently own the end-to-end design process, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate user insights into intuitive, accessible, and high-impact product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for product features, from discovery through final delivery
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Apply user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices
- Utilize and contribute to scalable design systems and reusable component libraries
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers on roadmap planning and technical feasibility
- Incorporate stakeholder, research, and analytics insights into design decisions
- Review UI implementation and partner with development teams to ensure design quality
- Use AI-powered design and prototyping tools to accelerate workflows and optimize user experiences
- Continuously improve design efficiency, usability, and product consistency
- 8 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Design
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and problem-solving skills
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and analytics-informed design
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Experience designing enterprise or SaaS applications
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and rapid prototyping workflows
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices
