- Own UX design for complex enterprise product areas from concept through delivery.
- Design task-driven, workflow-focused user experiences that support efficiency and scalability.
- Translate requirements and research insights into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design for complex systems, including roles, permissions, edge cases, and data-rich interfaces.
- Apply systems thinking to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Create high-quality, accessible, and user-friendly designs with strong attention to detail.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate design intent.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on scope and implementation.
- Contribute to and enhance design systems, components, and UX standards.
- Support design quality through iterations, reviews, and clear documentation.
- Partner with UX research teams to incorporate user insights into design decisions.
- Communicate design rationale and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in UX design and research.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-level workflows and systems.
- Experience owning design projects from concept through delivery.
- Lead end-to-end UX design initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality and consistent user experience across products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and standards.
- Support team development through mentorship and feedback.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and define design solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles.

- Bachelor s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Human Factors, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
