Senior Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure / M&A)

Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned
Senior Technical Project Manager
to lead fast-paced IT infrastructure initiatives, with a strong emphasis on
M&A integrations
and
enterprise dataflow migrations
. This role requires hands-on project leadership, executive-level communication, and the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations, network upgrades, and data center consolidations
- Drive M&A IT integration efforts, including systems consolidation, infrastructure alignment, and data migration
- Collaborate with corporate development, legal, security, and business stakeholders to assess and execute acquisition-related IT strategies
- Oversee enterprise dataflow architecture and large-scale data migration initiatives
- Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure seamless system and data integration
- Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, security, and business units
- Maintain and present executive-level project updates, including RAID logs, accomplishments, risks, and next steps
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance standards
- Apply Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and reporting standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8 years of experience in technical project management with a strong infrastructure focus
- Proven experience leading M&A IT integrations
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), networking, and cybersecurity
- Experience with large-scale data migrations and data integration projects
- Excellent executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred
Ideal Background
- Senior-level PM comfortable working in a high-velocity environment
- Infrastructure-focused PM with M&A experience (highly preferred)
- ERP applications or enterprise data integration experience is a strong plus
